Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with a valid receipt of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will process the return within 2 weeks of receiving the item. We do not accept returns in which the packaging and accessories are not completely returned to us.

To request a refund or return for any reason, first contact us directly at support@ecuacbd.services with the order number and reason for the request. Requests must be reviewed and approved before any products are returned or refunds issued.

We offer refunds or replacements for orders with damaged, missing, or incorrect products. To receive a refund or replacement for the above scenarios, please be prepared to provide images of the products/packaging.

also if you placed an order mistakenly then contact us within 1 hour. we cancel the order. otherwise, we can’t help because after 1 hour later the order is automatically placed of the supplier.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
